Meet my Trainer: Ward Ferch

Ward trained his first horse professionally at the age of twelve.  He went to the University of Saskatchewan specializing in Animal nutrition and Reproduction.  From there he went on to teach at Fairview College.  Through out this time he continued to train horses part time and started specializing in Reining and Working Cowhorse. Ward also met his wife, 'Carrie' while working in  Fairview and in 1993 we decided to move to Red Deer AB and train full time while also doing nutritional consultations. In 2003 they moved to Oklahoma to work at Todd Arvidson Reining horses and then began working at Babcock Ranch in 2005.  In April 2009 they embarked on their own facility in Whitesboro, TX and are pleased to offer extensive years of service to the public.
